Privacy notice
This notice explains what the QARETE website collects when you use its forms and tools, why it is collected, and which service providers process it. QARETE is operated by RICA Growth Systems LLC, at 11807 Allisonville Rd. #576, Fishers, IN 46038, United States.
What each form collects
Career Power Scorecard request. Your email address, an optional preferred name, whether you gave marketing permission, and which page the request came from. It is used to send you the scorecard and any follow-up you asked for.
QVANT Career Power Diagnostic. Your seven answers, your total score, and the suggested stage are recorded without a name or email so the tool can be improved. If you separately choose to request follow-up guidance, your email address and that result are stored so Ricardo can reply.
QVANT Career Power Sprint application. The fields shown on the application form — your name, email, role level, the career door you want to open, your current situation, timing, and any context or question you add — used to review fit and respond to you.
Purchases. When a payment completes, a record of the purchase is stored: the product, the payment status, the amount, and the email used at checkout. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are never seen or stored by QARETE.
Fit call bookings. Booking a call is handled by the scheduling provider in a window on this site; the name, email, and time you give there are held by that provider.
Technical activity logs record whether an integration succeeded or failed. They are kept deliberately free of email addresses and credentials.
Please do not send these details
Do not provide employer names, salary information, sexual orientation, outness, identification documents, confidential employer materials, or worksheet answers. The website is not designed to collect these details, and you never need to disclose your identity to work with QARETE.
Service providers
- Supabase — hosts the database where form submissions, diagnostic results, purchase records, and activity logs are stored.
- Resend — sends transactional email such as your application receipt, your scorecard, and internal notifications to QARETE.
- MailerLite — receives your email address and name only if you gave marketing permission, and only for sending the emails described in that permission.
- Stripe — processes payments and confirms completed purchases.
- Cal.com — handles fit-call scheduling.
Marketing permission
Marketing permission is always a separate, optional choice from the request you are making. Requesting the scorecard, the diagnostic guidance, or applying for the sprint does not add you to any marketing list unless you tick the marketing box yourself. You can withdraw permission at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or by writing to hello@qarete.coach. Withdrawing marketing permission does not affect replies about a request you made or a purchase you completed.
How long information is kept
Information from leads, sprint applications, and diagnostic records is deleted 24 months after the last contact with you — for example, the last email you opened, a form you submitted, or a reply we sent. Records of completed purchases are kept for seven years, because US tax and accounting rules require us to retain them for that long.
Access, correction, and deletion
To ask what information is held about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, write to hello@qarete.coach from the address you used on the form, or include enough detail to locate your record. Your request will be acknowledged and actioned within 30 days. Records required for tax or accounting purposes, such as completed purchases, may be retained where the law requires it.

This notice is governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States.
