Why QARETE exists
I stopped trying to become more relatable.
For years, I believed advancement belonged to people who naturally understood the version of professional belonging around me: the sports conversations, the family shorthand, and the cultural familiarity I could not manufacture. I interpreted that difference as a deficit, edited myself, and performed smaller than my capability.
The shift came when I stopped trying to become more relatable and began taking ownership of my own story, decisions, and results. My experience became evidence. My personality became an advantage. Doors opened because I finally understood the value I was bringing into the room.

Is QARETE therapy?
No. QARETE is career coaching and execution strategy, not therapy, generic career advice, or inspiration without action. Every experience produces something tangible you can use.
Where should I start?
Start with the free QVANT Career Power Diagnostic. It identifies your primary QVANT opportunity immediately. No email is needed for your result, and answers are recorded anonymously as scores only.
How much does coaching cost?
The QVANT Career Power Sprint is $900 at founding-pilot pricing, paid in full or in two $450 payments before sessions one and four. You pay only after a strategy consultation confirms fit and you agree on a start date. The diagnostic and Career Power Scorecard are free.
Are sessions remote or in person?
All six Sprint sessions are private 1:1 video calls with Ricardo. The opening session is 90 minutes; the five follow-up sessions are 60 minutes each.
Do I need to be out at work to do this coaching?
No. Disclosure is your decision. We plan around what you choose to share, with whom and when. Nothing in the Sprint requires you to come out at work, and we do not contact your employer without your specific authorization.
How is this different from generic career coaching?
